What can i do if my book arrived damaged? 

In rare circumstances, the book may be damaged during shipping. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the event that this happens please contact: support@thecannaschool.ca with pictures, a description of the problem, and your order number. 

Book never arrived?

We use fulfillment centres around the world to ship our books, this should make shipping faster and cheaper but due to Covid-19, the fulfillment centres we use are very delayed. Unfortunately, this has delayed some orders up to a month after the expected arrival date.

Please note that we are committed to ensuring all customers receive their product. If the book never arrives (i.e. lost in transit or has taken too long) we will ensure the necessary steps are taken to resolve the situation (either a full refund or a new order can be created).

Have a problem with your order?

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, has a print issue, does not arrive in the expected delivery time, you received the wrong item, or any other problems so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Tracking number information.

We are currently in the process of setting up our API to automatically send tracking numbers for shipped products. In the meantime, if you would like the tracking number for your order, please send an email to: support@thecannaschool.ca. Please include your order number and a request for the tracking number details in the email.

Please note: we will only have your tracking number available after you receive a confirmation email that your order has been fulfilled.
